1. Actively engage with Shopee Express business team to understand & consolidate end-to-end process & business pain points
2. To identify potential product features/improvements or implement new technologies to achieve business KPI including but not limited to orders, operation efficiency or better user experience.
3. Consolidate the feature requests & communicate the business needs with both local & regional product teams to deliver the features successfully
4. Able to build strong relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, and communicating promptly on progress for critical live issues
