As a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for effective management of product data in the PLM system throughout the lifecycle of our consumer hardware products. You will work with the PLM Operations program manager to understand the PLM requirements for the product, manages the part numbers and bill of materials in the system and tracks the release of the changes in line with the product development process. You are well versed in PLM systems, product data management, and product development business processes.

Responsibilities
● Creates and structures PLM data, with high quality, according to established processes and policies
● Manages the workflow to make changes to PLM data in line with the product development processes
● Gathers required information from stakeholders to complete work (Parts, BOMs, SKUs are created and released with good data quality)
● Consults with Ops PgM to prioritize work, but can manage work independently to meet SLAs
● Performs internal and external user onboarding tasks
● Escalates risks/issues to PLM Ops. PgM
Minimum Qualifications
● BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
● Strong analytical skills to understand and apply the product data management practices and eye for data quality.
● Good communication skills with ability to interact and influence stakeholders in adhering to the PLM data and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
● 2+ years of consumer electronics experience
● An excellent communicator of project requirements and schedules
● Experience working on hardware products defining Bill of Materials structures and product documentation
● Strong computer applications skills, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail; quick learner with creative problem-solving and analytical skills
● Experience across all phases of product development from prototype to mass production to end-of-life
● Working PLM experience, TeamCenter preferred.
