【Responsibilities】

1.Project Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that include scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and successful project execution. Define the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) for each project, identify current bottlenecks, and devise strategies to overcome them, ensuring project continuity.

2. Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility of new projects in alignment with strategic goals and available resources. Co-work with the BD and PM team to ensure technical feasibility and verify the reasonability of clinical user stories. Confirm the readiness of projects for initiation.

3.Cross-functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, setting clear goals, expectations, and responsibilities. Ensure open and transparent communication with all team members and stakeholders regarding project progress.

4.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions, ensuring the overall success of the project. 5.Presentation & Documentation: Prepare slides, give presentations, and conduct demonstrations for activities.

【Essential Qualifications】

1. At least ３ years of project management experience. 

【Experience in at least one of the following area is required】加分條件

1.Experience in software project management. Experience with government projects or bids.

2.Familiarity with the concept of AI model training and its applications in Generative AI (GenAI)
