資深使用經驗設計師，是團隊當中的關鍵角色之一。相較於 UI Designer 所重視的感性與美學，UX Designer 則需要有敏銳的觀察力，來洞悉問題跟脈絡；有清楚的邏輯思辨與創意，來設計具架構性與延展性的解決方案；並且具有開放的心胸，來聆聽、溝通、與內外部成員團隊合作。

除了設計與研究的基本能力之外，我們更期望你能有獨特的生活體驗、有熱愛的事物，而且最好能夠有多元的背景與經歷。如果你專注在使用經驗設計，同時又是個業餘調酒師、衝浪高手，或領有獸醫或保險經紀人執照等，那你就是我們正在找尋的設計夥伴，而AJA這個少見的使用經驗設計平台將會非常適合你。

• Co-work with research team to get actionable user insights.
• Transfer key findings into solid design solutions.
• Communicate design with stakeholders through prototype, wireframe & flowchart.
• Evaluate overall usability as individual expert.
• Team-work with project members across functions to get things done.
• Facilitate good things proactively.

• At least 3 years experience in UX design & user research. （工作經驗三年以上）
• Ability to understand complexity and to simplify it efficiently & elegantly.
• Be open-minded and eager to solve users’ problems.
• Have great sense of both urgency & humor :)
