▍About this role

As a Brand Designer at AlfredCamera, you will play a crucial role in defining and communicating our brand image. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative, to develop and maintain a cohesive and compelling brand identity. Your mission is to create visual experiences that resonate with our users, convey our values, and set us apart in the market.

▍Responsibility

• Refine and maintain the visual identity and guidelines for the AlfredCamera brand.
• Create and design marketing materials, including promotional content, advertising campaigns, and social media visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging and effective visual assets.
• Design and oversee the production of branded materials, such as logos, typography, and packaging.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, both online, offline and products.
• Collaborate with external agencies, as needed, for specialized localization design projects.

▍Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your branding or marketing work characterized by inviting, warm, and visually appealing design styles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and branding strategies.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and brand strategy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and iterate workflows with new tools or methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Have a strong belief in the impact of visual design and find satisfaction in the positive emotions it evokes in others through your designs.
• Proficiency in one of the following: motion graphics, animation, or video editing for brand storytelling.

▍Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in brand design for tech companies or startups.
• Knowledge of consumer psychology or marketing frameworks.
• Experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines.
• Fluent English.
