▍About this role

As a Senior Product Designer at AlfredCamera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, data analysts, and user researchers, to create and refine user experiences that exceed expectations. Your mission is to drive design excellence, lead innovative design solutions, and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

▍Responsibility

• Lead the design process for our mobile(ios/android) and web applications, from concept to final implementation, ensuring design solutions are user-centric and aligned with business goals.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to define and prioritize design requirements and features.
• Work with user researchers and incorporate feedback into design iterations, continuously improving the user experience.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
• Stay up-to-date on user interface trends, tools and best practices, and actively share insights and knowledge with the team.
• Work with Designers to manage a cohesive design system and ensure design consistency across all product interfaces.

▍Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and result.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or innovative GAI Tools.
• Ability to comprehend ambiguous design challenges, intricate technical system constraints and effectively break them down into actionable design processes.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user insights into practical design solutions.
• Confidence in communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to well-informed priority changes.

▍Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience in designing for mobile apps and web applications.
• Knowledge of motion design and animation.
• Familiarity with front-end development and the technical aspects of design implementation.
• Previous experience in a tech or startup environment, with a preference for similar team scale (around 60 staff).
• Fluent verbal English.
