We specialize in industry-leading proprietary technology, specifically Out-of-Band (OOB) Technology. We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Partner Solution & Integration team.

[Role Overview]
As a Product Manager at Allxon, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating complex projects and ensuring their success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, managing their expectations and guiding them through the implementation of Allxon's solutions.

[Responsibilities]

1. Client Management:
- Manage client expectations and keep partners/clients informed of project status, budget, timeline, and any potential delays.
- Plan and manage partner/client project schedules, budgets, and task flow.
- Educate partners/clients on Allxon's services and technology, guiding them to build their own solutions leveraging Allxon technologies.
- Schedule and lead partner/client meetings, preparing agendas and providing follow-up as needed.
- Ensure accountability for all signoffs of partner/client briefs and change control documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Team Management:
- Plan and manage internal resources for short and long-term initiatives, attending and contributing to weekly and long-term planning meetings.
- Work to remove project roadblocks and gather answers for producers.
- Foster a team-oriented approach to problem-solving, pulling the right people together to address project challenges.
- Promote strong communication among team members.

[Requirements]
- 3+ years of experience in the IT-related industry, with a preference for experience in a technical role.
- Solid understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) development progress, with a keen awareness of the nature and challenges of project development.
- Expert knowledge in B2B project management principles and practices.
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness.
- Experience overseeing multi-functional project teams.
- Ability to facilitate team discussions, meetings, and conflict resolution smoothly.
