Job Description

1. Developing an integrated digital and technology strategy /plan to support multiple business unit strategies, which may include analyzing new emerging technologies, researching user needs, and translating implications of the new technology into an effective integrated digital strategy for multiple business departments
2. Defining the digital product vision, developing a comprehensive product strategy, articulating the product vision, and creating the product roadmap
3. Presenting business cases to senior executives and leads business reviews to ensure that the team prioritizes the right work and delivers the most customer value in the fastest time possible
4. Manage relationships with Digital, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure digital product enhancements are integrated into backend systems per requirements and delivered on schedule and within budget
5. Managing the product during its lifecycle, ensuring the product is performing at its peak capability through enhancements and fixes
6. Engage with users in markets and other business functions to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities
7. Provide leadership and guidance to train, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
8. Perform other related duties as assigned

• University graduated or above, majored in IT related
• 6yr+ experience in a supervisory role or leading initiatives/solutions/projects
• 3yr+ experience in application development, using .NET or Java
• Have hands-on develops work and AWS environment development experience, coding skills in .Net and Java
• Experience leading a team; attention to detail and organization skills; ability to utilize metrics and data to improve service quality and team performance
• Strategic thinking, planning ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Well problem-solving ability
• English spoken and reading ability
