Sr. SW Developer for a foreign Software Audio company, based in Taipei.

Job Description

As a member of the Software Development team, you will directly report to our Software Development Manager based in Singapore. You will work for the top PC industry manufacturer, and will be responsible for:

1. Developing and expanding the whole stack of product software suite (across application, middleware, and kernel driver layers)
2. Analyzing user requirements and converting them into design documents
3. Developing high-quality software design and architecture
4. Producing clean reusable code, testing, debugging, and documenting your changes
5. Code review and design validation
6. Working independently with various teams across different regions

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in programming/engineering related field

· 4yr+ experience as a developer, with PC/Gaming Audio related domain knowledge

· C++ / C# (strong in at least one)

· Debugging/troubleshooting experience

· Able to work independently and multi-task effectively

· Object-Oriented design is a big plus

· Developing applications under Windows environment is a big plus

· Source code version tool knowledge is a plus (eg. GIT, SVN)

· Familiarity with agile processes/practices is a plus (eg. Scrum)

· Curious, open to new ideas and quick to learn new skills

· Mature and thoughtful, with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture

· Strong passion for programming and motivated by the transformational effects of technology-at-scale
