Firmware Engineer/Test Development Engineer
Job Description

Job responsibilities:
- Support the technical development of new products and start-up of running products.
- Secure the product quality requirements at all times. Actively work with production efficiency and product adaptation in order to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
- Board bring up for sustaining projects.
- Develop and maintain the firmware platform to support product manufacturing.
- Work with test program developers to deliver a complete test platform.
- Monitor and improve productivity continually.
- Address and identify manufacturing issues regarding test firmware and tools.
Requirements
· Programming experience in C/C++
· Debugging experience
· Embedded Linux programming skill is a must.
· ROTS programming skill is a plus.
· At least 8+ years of working experience in driver and firmware development
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
· IP camera product experience is preferred
· Excellent communication both in Chinese and English.
· Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
