Tech Support Engineer

1.成為開發團隊的聯繫人，以解決用戶問題
2.解決程式運作問題及與運維單位協調基礎建設相關問題
3.若需額外支援需將問題通知開發工程師。確實將解決方案回報給用戶
4.及時與國際用戶溝通當前的處理狀態，能用英文應對客戶者尤佳
5.與支援工程師/開發團隊分享文件問題/解決方案

1.Be the point of contact for development team to support business user issues
2.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and/or relate infrastructure issues to infra team
3.Pass issues to development engineers if requires additional support. Ensure resolution is communicated back to business user
4.Provide timely communication to international business users on current issues status
5.Document issues/solutions and share among support engineers/dev team
