Our Core Team is focused on enhancing and building our chat automation platform, WOZTELL, enabling our customers to automate both their internal and external mundane business processes with the platform, and letting them focus on what really is important - reaching their business goals.

Being a Team Lead in the team means that besides software development, you are also responsible for leading and managing a development team. The following is a list of what you are expected to do:

• Build a strong and collaborative team culture 建立強大和協作的團隊文化
• Work across both the Core team and Integration team to reach common goals 跨核心團隊和集成團隊工作以實現共同目標
• Inspire and influence the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with the Product Owner 與產品負責人合作，激發和影響產品願景和路線圖
• Challenge and grow engineers to design robust and scalable system 挑戰並培養工程師設計穩健且可擴展的系統
• Define and encourage the team's adoption of standards and best practices for code and design 定義並鼓勵團隊採用代碼和設計的標準和最佳實踐
• Perform peer code and design reviews 執行對等代碼和設計評審
• Plan product deliverables for large and complex features 針對大型複雜功能規劃產品可交付成果
• Make sure the team can reach the goals and time line set 確保團隊能夠達到設定的目標和時間表
• Participate in scrum, encourage and make sure engineers adhere to the scrum methodology 參與 Scrum，鼓勵並確保工程師遵守 Scrum 方法論
• Actively seek for technologies that would improve platform and team performance 積極尋求能夠提高平台和團隊績效的技術
• Maintain the functionality and stability of the platform 維護平台的功能和穩定性

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field AND minimum 5 years of full-time Software Engineering work experience 計算機科學、工程、數學或相關領域的學士學位和至少 5 年的全職軟件工程工作經驗
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing technical team 至少 1 年技術團隊管理經驗
• Programming languages: Javascript, Node.js 編程語言：Javascript、Node.js
• Experience with Git and Docker 使用 Git 和 Docker 的經驗

Of Advantageous 

• Experience in build and shipping customer-facing products 在構建和運輸面向客戶的產品方面的經驗
