Fraud Investigator (欺诈调查员)

• Investigate allegations of cheating or abuse committed by merchants and users.
• Perform field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information.
• Review and research evidence/documents to analyse the overall fact pattern of claim.
• Negotiate and restructure restitution proposals.
• Prepare and coordinate with compliance team to lodge police report against possible crimes committed.
• Coordinate with legal team to provide deposition strategies and use law enforcement resources for assistance.
• Prepare prosecution for legal recovery action.
• Collection and Recovery for late stage accounts.

职责：

• 调查商家和用户的欺诈或滥用指控。

• 协商和重组归还提议。

• 准备并与合规团队协调，以针对可能犯下的罪行向警方报告。

• 为法律追偿行动准备起诉。

• 根据土地法律和行业相关法规编写和完善行为准则和SOP。

• Experience in field assignment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Good organisational skills to manage a high volume of assigned cases.
• Strong interview and interrogation skill. Candidate with police background or training will have added advantage.
• Ability to form hypothesis based on minimum data, perform investigation and build a case.
• Knowledgable in the common laws of the land and other relevant code of conducts.
