Job Description
負責工作事項
1. 主導短片特效的創意方向及風格，包括模板，特效，濾鏡 ，貼圖等
2. 獨立負責短片設計師團隊的產能及品質控管提升，配合開發人員推動產品發佈
3. 負責公司短片原創模板及特效升級及更新，挖掘流行題材，捕捉當下熱點 打造爆紅商品
4. 對數據敏感，分析用戶的使用數據，並對最終成品數據效果負責
Requirements
職位要求
1. 設計影視製作相關科系或具平面設計，美術，視覺傳達，影視製作編導等工作經驗，熟悉使用AE，C4D，Pr等短片剪接軟體，會PS，AI 有AR經驗者加分
2. 三年以上短片製作經驗，具良好的審美能力，對畫面構成鏡頭掌握力強，對色彩，構圖，節奏感覺敏銳
3. 熱愛短片視頻行業，了解當前流行趨勢，有良好的創造性思考力，能不斷的推陳出新
4. 良好的跨文化理解能力，解決短片營運在地化過程中的相關問題
5. 有出色的解決問題能力及自我驅動力，有優秀的個人工作能力並具備良好的團隊溝通工作經驗
6. 有兒童或是嬰兒產品或相關產業工作經驗者，有海外工作經驗者加分
