What Your Job Will Be Like

We are looking for a motivated person who believes what we are trying to achieve will come to pass and continues to learn by trial and error to join our diverse and innovative development.

Our ideal candidate will be in a cross-functional role that requires supportive collaboration and development with projects between different teams within and outside the company.

You will be an imperative figure in the team to participate or in charge of our product development from concept to prototyping, and deploying engineering knowledge and a lateral thinking approach to create from scratch. It is aiming to set the research foundation for the programmes.

You will need to:

1. 協助進行協調、執行研發的計畫，並維護每項專案的研究數據
Assist in coordinating and executing our R&D roadmap, and the maintenance of each project research database.
2. 與研發團隊密切合作，組織與合作夥伴或是供應商的技術開發交流
Close cooperation with the R&D team and organize relevant technical development communications with partners and
suppliers.
3. 構思飛行控制的解決方案與驗證計畫，通過迭代的軟體設計、建模、和模擬以確保更好的性能
Conceive flight control solutions and validation plans to ensure better performance through iterate software design,
modeling, and simulation.
4. 支持與貢獻空氣動力學上的設計與分析以確保滿足開發需求
Support and contribute to the design and analysis of aerodynamics to ensure development requirements are met.
5. 跨部門協作，營造良好的工作氛圍與企業文化
Collaborate across departments to create an ideal working atmosphere and corporate culture.

Qualifications We Require

1. 軟體工程、機械工程、電機工程或是相關領域學士或碩士畢業
Master/Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering or relevant field
2. 擅長使用MATLAB/Simulink，並具程式語言C/C++/git編程經驗
Familiar with MATLAB/Simulink, and experienced in programming language
C/C++/git
3. 有優良的中英文溝通能力
Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
4. 能夠在快節奏且充滿挑戰的環境下列出優先順序執行多項任務
The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced and challenging
environment
5. 具有團隊合作與注重細節的心態
With a teamwork attitude and a detail-oriented organized mindset

Qualifications We Preferred

1. 熟悉通訊協定原理（UDP/UART/CAN Bus等）相關知識
Familiar with a communication protocol (I2C, UART, CAN, etc.)
2. 具基本的電子電路知識或研究經驗
Basic knowledge or research experience in electronic circuits
3. 具有無人機操作經驗
Experienced in drone operations
4. 對於工程技術的綜合知識（包含分析、方法論設計、應用）感到自信
Gain confidence in a comprehensive knowledge of engineering techniques, including
requirements analysis and design methodologies and applications
