• Make Salad, Sandwich, Lava Cake, Soufflé, etc
• Ensure menu quality.
• Maintain and ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and outlet inventory.
• Assist Store Chef/Chef De Partie in the cooking process according to applicable standards.
• Ensure the implementation of cooking SOP and IK takes place properly.
• Monitor the implementation of internal QA and operational audit results (HACCP)
• Ensure the implementation of monthly programs such as general cleaning and inventory takes place well

• Male or Female, aged max. 27 years old. Education min. High School or Vocational School preferably a graduate in Hospitality, Culinary or F&B
• Having 2 years experience as a Dessert Cook from a Restaurant or F&B is preferred
• Preferably understand how to make Salad, Sandwich, Lava Cake, Soufflé, etc
• Mastering daily operations, especially maintaining product quality, maintain production needs and kitchen cleanliness
• Able to communicate effectively and be service oriented
• Able to work in a team
• Agile, neat and responsible
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
• Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY
