Job Description
The Creative Lead will develop and execute a creative strategy that positions citiesocial as the go-to destination to discover unique lifestyle products.
You will be responsible for the development and review of all content (text, images, videos) on the citiesocial platform and its communications (ads, social media, PR). You will lead the citiesocial creative team in building engaging content, design experiences and storytelling concepts that connect with our consumers. You will also manage workflows to ensure all content are delivered on schedule and achieve business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
Content and Creative Strategy Planning
- Develop an effective creative strategy and content plan that resonates with citiesocial’s community of taste conscious consumers
- Create guidelines to ensure style, quality and tone of voice is consistent throughout the citiesocial platform experience
- Actively contribute in brainstorming sessions for citiesocial promotions, events and marketing activities
- Keep current with cultural, technological and market trends to inform strategic and creative development
Management of Creative Operations
- Lead the creative team and provide guidance and training to its members
- Develop concise creative briefs for key content and design creation
- Create and manage timelines for the development of creative assets
- Act as the liaison between the marketing, merchandising and creative teams to ensure creative projects achieve business objectives
- Build and manage a freelancer network to improve the quality and scope of citiesocial’s creative output
Content Creation
- Assist in the creation of content that connects citiesocial’s products to consumers
- Create engaging and cool lifestyle content that reflect the interests and lives of our users
- Create newsletters/EDMs that users are excited to open and read.
