【主要工作內容】
1. Assist in drafting and advising on various agreements.
2. Drafting legal advice and making compliance advice on Web3/Blockchain related issues.
3. Communicate with the internal stakeholders and outside counsels and support on the administration of the board/shareholders meetings.
4. Organize and maintain corporate documents and agreement archives.
5. Perform other tasks and special projects as may be assigned by the legal manager.

* 一週可以出席3天、配合6個月

1. Major/double-major in law, or have working experiences on legal field
2. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including the ability to review and draft legal documents in such language
3. Detail-oriented person with good logical thinking and communication skills
4. Familiar with Web3/Blockchain compliance issue; doing research/thesis on such topic is a plus
