**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Responsible for leading and executing the audit of financial/tax statements to ensure compliance, accuracy, and legality.

- Lead the team, coordinate work schedules, and ensure the timely submission of reports and audit documents.

- Prepare and review audit reports, providing the auditor's opinions and recommendations.

- Assist in developing audit plans, and defining the audit scope to meet client requirements.

- Play a key role in public issuance projects, ensuring compliance with stock exchange regulations, and preparing the necessary filing documents.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business, risks, and needs, providing strategic advice.

- Assist in improving internal control and risk management processes to ensure their effectiveness.

**Qualifications:**

- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Possess a CPA (TWCPA/AICPA) certification.

- Have at least 8 years of audit experience, including in-depth experience in auditing financial/tax statements.

- Have experience in auditing public companies or handling general company tax audit cases.

- Excellent English language skills, including strong reading, writing, and verbal communication abilities.

- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex financial situations.

- Good communication and client service skills, effectively collaborating with clients and teams.

- In-depth understanding of accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance and quality.
