We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the UA campaigns for the social mobile poker game. As a Paid Performance Marketing Specialist & Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for designing and executing paid marketing strategies to drive app installs, increase user acquisition, and maximize return on investment.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a background in digital marketing, media buying and planning, and comes from a tech or gaming background.


You Will Have The Opportunity To:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive app installs for our social mobile poker game.
  • This is a role that is a balance of strategy and impeccable execution, while working cross functionally across the marketing team with various campaign stakeholders
  • Identify key target audiences and demographics to optimize ad targeting and improve conversion rates.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize app install campaigns across various advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, and relevant ad networks.
  • Ensure campaigns are effectively structured and optimized to achieve set KPIs.
  • Manage the paid marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to different campaigns based on performance and objectives.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including graphics and copy, to drive engagement and app installs.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions for ongoing campaign improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Lead to optimize app store listings for increased visibility and downloads.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights on paid advertising campaigns to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
  • Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.

Requirements

Youll Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing, with a strong focus on driving app installs and user acquisition.
  • Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant networks. Familiarity with ad tracking and analytics tools is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and draw actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate resources for optimal campaign performance.
  • Experience in implementing A/B tests and using data-driven optimization strategies to improve ad performance.
  • Ability to conceptualize and create effective ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding app install targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
