We are looking for some familiarity with React+TypeScript, but more importantly, extensive experience using Firebase in production consumer apps with high traffic.

We need someone who is familiar with the intricate details of Firebase, and can work full-time with the founder during rollout. They need to be able to:

1. evaluate the codebase & firebase system for production-readiness
2. create a checklist of the remaining gaps to production-readiness
3. do light implementations to address those gaps if needed
4. work with the founder to come up with a detailed rollout plan, including the top things that can go wrong with Firebase with higher traffic, and how to keep API expenses under control
5. Be available for gradual rollout in Dec-Jan, and to troubleshoot live problems
