Your mission:

1. Develop and coordinate profit plans, monthly forecasts, goals & objectives, financial reconciliations, reports and analysis for business management, including variance analysis and cost control reporting and recommendations
2. Manage, analyze, evaluate and interpret financial forecasts and operating results. Inform management of results and recommend corrective actions to address unfavorable variances
3. Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency. Maintain integrity of financial reports
4. Interpret, implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensure financials are reported in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and local statutory requirements
5. Develop and implement budgeting and financial reporting systems to provide timely and relevant information.
6. Ownership of account reconciliation process to maintain integrity of general ledger and its supporting sub-systems.
7. Establish, monitor and maintain a system of internal controls that safeguards company asset and provides for integrity and propriety of financial transactions and activities. Compliance with corporate policy.
8. Manages the deployment of cost saving and other programs to provide operating economies and improve profitability. Monitors and provides opportunities to support continuously improving Productivity/ Gross Utilization.
9. Provide leadership to ensure adequate cost accounting processes are in place, including standard cost updates, physical inventory verification, periodic cycle counts, etc

Your competences include that you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8 years or above of working experience in finance, accounting, or BIG4 audit firm, accounting credential is a plus
• Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.Speak and write Mandarin and English at business level
• Results and deadline oriented, able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvements on efficiency and effectiveness.
