· Understand customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control processes. Monitor and drive the performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

· Process customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution.

· Collaborate with quality personnel for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards of operation.

· Conduct quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to.

· Review routine and non-routine analysis results of in-process materials, raw materials, samples for troubleshooting, finished goods, or stability test samples.

· Plan, develop, and verify that the capabilities of all metrology tools are conforming to established quality standards and required customer specifications.

· Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on the appropriateness of data for release.

· Record, compile and prepare reports for analysis and evaluation, and to communicate both internally and externally.

· Document and implement inspection criteria and procedures for new metrology tools/methods.

· Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, root cause analyses, and SPC review.

· Participate in the development of product specifications.

· Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, and the customers.

· Work collaboratively with the corporation’s group companies in different countries/regions to achieve global quality goals.

· Bachelor’s Degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

· Minimum of 5 years of quality & engineering experience.

· Minimum of 2 years of QC managerial role experience, with proven ability in leading, planning, organizing, strategizing, and problem solving skills.

· Semiconductor materials/specialty chemicals industries are preferred.

· Experience with Six Sigma/ Continuous Improvement, Gage R&R/ Measurement System Analysis.

· Advanced knowledge in instrumental analysis (HPLC, IC, GC-MS, ICPMS, ICPOES, etc.) and quality control methodology.

· Data interpretation and report writing skills for effective presentations and communications.

· Good interpersonal communication skills.

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin. (TOEIC score above 600)

· Ability to work proactively and independently without frequent supervision, ability to identify and help solve problems.

· Quality auditing experience

· Microsoft Office, and LIMS

· Experience with Minitab/ JMP

· CMP industry work experience (nice to have)

· In charge of/familiar with tsmc quality requirements (nice to have)
