Assist customers with questions, complaints, provide information about products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
Communicate and coordinate with cross functional teams as necessary.
Act as a Cubo brand ambassador to engage with (potential) customers. Establish brand image and build brand equity through outstanding customer relationship management (Take part in building a brand from scratch!)
Participate in managing and growing the Cubo Community on Facebook. (ie. posting and engaging with our followers
Good English reading and writing skills
Real passion for helping others and crafting customer service experiences that exceed users' expectations.
Available to work evenings and weekends (hours may vary)
