We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our features empowered by blockchain. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Product Manager for our Web3 product line, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs in the filmmaker and IP owner space, empowering ownership and gamification on the audience side, translating them into product requirements, and ensuring successful product launches and iterations.

Responsibility:

• Define and communicate the product strategy, and roadmap for our product line, including the token-gated content and streaming platform, composable profiles for filmmakers, IP owners, and audiences, and NFT tooling.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including filmmakers, IP owners, audiences, and internal teams, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and product backlogs for the Web3 product line.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements for the token-gated content and streaming platform, composable profiles, and NFT tooling.
• Prioritize features and work closely with the development team to plan and execute product sprints and releases for Giloo products.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and derive insights to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement for Giloo products.
• Collaborate with the marketing and BD team to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and launch plans for the Web3 product line.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Web3, blockchain, and digital media for filmmakers, IP owners, and audiences.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the digital media, entertainment, or technology industries, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience building products in the blockchain space, demonstrating a solid understanding of blockchain technology, protocols, and decentralized applications.
• Strong interests and learning desire in the space of Web3, NFTs, Decentralized ID and reputation technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for understanding users, markets, and the entertainment industry. Excitement and curiosity to explore the uncharted frontier of Web3 technology and its potential applications in the entertainment business.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by a passion for innovation and pushing boundaries.
