Responsibility:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for our tooling and dashboard, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that drive revenue and growth.
• Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  
• Design and iterate on features that empower creators to monetize their creative works and build fan base
• Design and iterate on the loyalty and identity system, fostering a sense of community and driving member engagement and retention.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize content visibility, audience reach, and revenue generation.
• Monitor product performance, conduct data analysis, and leverage insights to make data-driven product decisions for revenue optimization and growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation, distribution, community building, and loyalty systems.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a as a Product Manager, preferably in the digital media, entertainment, or technology industries, with a focus on creator economy products, streaming/content distribution, community, and/or social products.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and processes, with a track record of successfully delivering products to market.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven product decisions. Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, conducting user research, and gathering feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in an agile development environment is preferred
