- Melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian seluruh operasional klinik (jam operasional, kedisiplinan staff, pelayanan yang baik kepada pasien, jadwal praktek dokter 24 jam)
- Mampu memimpin dan berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Membuat strategi dan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung klinik tiap harinya
- Melakukan sistem kontrol obat yang benar dan strategi memasarkan obat yang baik agar profit dapat tercapai
- Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan tertib administrasi dan tertib financial dalam pengelolaan klinik dan laboratorium
- Membuat program kerja klinik dan laboratorium yang berbasis pelayanan dan promotif
