In July 2023, TrustTech provider Gogolook completed its IPO listing on the Taiwan Innovation Board (TIB) of the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), under the ticker number 6902.

Introduction: 
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Brand Manager with a strong background in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and foster brand loyalty. The Brand Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our brand is consistently represented across all touch points. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 
1. Brand Strategy and Planning: 
(1) Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. 
(2) Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and consumer insights to inform brand strategies. 
2. Brand Identity and Messaging: 
(1) Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
(2) Craft compelling and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences.
3. Marketing Collateral and Content: 
(1) Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages. 
(2) Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content that reinforces the brand narrative. 
4. Mascot Management: 
(1) Enhance mascot awareness through effective mascot personification, social media management and engagement campaigns. 
(2) Monitor and analyze both qualitative and quantitative performance of mascot initiatives. 
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: 
(1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure brand consistency across all channels. 
(2) Work closely with external agencies and partners to execute integrated marketing and PR campaigns. 

Qualifications: 
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record as a Brand Manager in the fintech industry. PR experience will be a plus.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
5. Strong leadership experience and interpersonal skills will be essential.
