此工作主要協助客服團隊透過信件以及電話處理來自日本客服問題與意見,同時亦能透過整理用戶回饋來了解使用需求。如果您對日本市場有所瞭解,歡迎您加入我們!

【工作內容】
於上班時間協助處理日本用戶客服回覆,其中包含:
1. Email 書信往來(週一至週五 10:00~19:00)。
2. 電話客服(週一至週五 10:00~13:00, 14:00~17:00)。
3. 協助整理客服數據。
4. 其他主管所交辦事項。

【徵求條件】 
1. 精通日文口說能力,能與當地人對答如流。
2. 精通中文或英文。
3. 有在日本工作或工作上會與日本人接觸的經驗。
4. 能夠細心處理客服案件並保持對用戶的同理心。
5. 合約至少半年。

【加分條件】 
具軟體公司相關經驗、曾使用過 Whoscall 者佳。


この仕事は、主にメールおよび電話を通じて、日本の顧客からの問題や意見に対応し、同時にユーザーフィードバックを整理して利用ニーズを理解することをサポートするものです。

【業務内容】
営業時間内に日本市場のカスタマーサービスに対応。具体的な業務内容は以下の通り:
1. メールのやりとり(月曜日から金曜日、10:00〜19:00)。
2. 電話サポート(月曜日から金曜日、10:00~13:00, 14:00~17:00)。
3. カスタマーサービスデータの整理サポート。
4. 他の上司からの指示に従う。

【応募条件】
1. 日本語の会話能力が高く、地元の人と流暢に対話できること。
2. 中文または英語が堪能であること。
3. 日本での仕事経験があるか、または日本人と仕事で接触した経験があること。
4. カスタマーサービスのケースを丁寧に処理し、ユーザーに対する共感力を維持できること。
5. 最低でも半年の契約期間が可能なこと。

【加算条件】
ソフトウェア会社での経験があると尚良い。Whoscallの使用経験があるとなお良し。
