Mission
You will support our new consumer-based product - Roo(roo.cash) to help users to find the suitable financial product. The goal of your team is to achieve business outcomes by improving product and user acquisition costs. The ideal candidate will focus on these product goals：
1. Build and refine the internal console to meet the needs of end-users.
2. Be responsible for data validation/analytics activities and make action plans.
3. Cooperate API services with financial stakeholders, and deal the requirement of partners.
4. Conduct user flows, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
5. Collaborate closely with PM, Developer and QA in an agile environment.
Requirement
1. Minimum 1-2 years of product management in internet products/financial services.
2. Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration.
3. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
4. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills - must be able to communicate effectively with engineers, designers.
Nice to have
1. Have experience in planning any admin console to meet the needs of end-users.
2. Have experience in data analysis to find insight, especially good at SQL, Google Analyst, Amplitude.
3. Have experience in e-commerce, online media, financial service industry.
