• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement software solutions
• Working along-side lead developer in assisting with building, maintaining parts of the platform
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, updating code to GitHub
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
• Periodically participate in events such as hackathons and programs that are related to programming and development

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, and MySQL
• Optional but a bonus: Familiarity with Rust and Solidity
• Must be fluent in English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Experience with SCRUM or AGILE development processes
• Must pass background check (criminal record)
• Must be able to provide 1-2 solid references from either your university professor, previous employer, or reputable contact that can vouch for your ability.
• College degree isn’t required but must have attended an accredited college or university for no less than two years.
