Job Responsibilities

  • Be the AGENT to make change happen and make GREEN common!
  • Develop marketing, social media plans, and content for own channels according to the monthly focus of the brand and product messaging;
  • Build & manage strategic collaborations with prospective influencers/brands, especially with plant-based, sustainability focuses ;
  • Generate an original and innovative content strategy for social, digital, and print channels based on business needs, trends, consumer insights, and analytics;
  • Assist in brand plans that support the sales growth and promotion objectives. Responsible for executing activity set within budget;
  • Assist in analyzing social media performance with tracking systems to gather data; understand plant-based, food tech and social medium trends, and insights. Knowledge of Google Ad, SEO/SEM, and Facebook Ad will be a plus.
  • Support creating annual marketing plans for plant-based meat brands;

Daily Tasks:

  • Manage our social media calendar & post on various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Reach out, manage the communication with influencers and bloggers and invite them to brand/PR events.
  • Brainstorm creative campaign ideas while making a 360-degree integrated marketing plan to build the brand image and promote the green lifestyle.
  • Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
  • Report to and assist the Marketing Manager with event planning and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and Optimize the branding content and campaigns on delivery platforms

Requirements


  • Passionate in promoting GREEN lifestyle, knowledge in vegetarian / vegan products/ sustainability is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related fields;
  • Fresh graduates welcome; Working experience in marketing or communications is a plus;
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking and optimize the daily tasks and manage tight schedules;
  • Flexible, Open-minded, Team-player who can also work independently.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Chinese Word processing;
  • Good communication and proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Knowledge of the various marketing/PR operations, and computer skills in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop are a plus.
