Responsibilities:
Support Deputy Executive Director (Head of FR&E):
- Provide high quality and comprehensive administrative support, travel arrangement, meetings arrangement, minutes taking, calendar management, expense reimbursement, documentation, and day-to-day operation support
- Collect information from other departments filter internal & external basic queries/requests to Deputy Executive Director or provide direct response appropriately when necessary
- Support Management of Projects for Regional Coordinator
- Ad-hoc support for the fundraising & Engagement department if need
Requirements:
- University graduate. Bachelor degree in related fields preferable.
- Minimum of 1 year of the experience in individuals, providing full secretarial and administrative support to a senior management
- Knowledge and experience in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) / environmental issues/fundraising would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be discreet and tactful when dealing with confidential information and sensitive matters
- Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin. ( Cantonese or Korean highly advantageous).
