Job Description

* In charge of the overall business expansion in HK, TW or other reiogns. You will lead the team in growing revenue and manage the market & P&L

* Contribute to running growth campaigns across countries and target segments, through country insights, effective creatives and communications, data analyses, A/B testing, marketing automation, etc.

* To leverage AI Content & Programmatic SEO to grow GMA (We don't expect you have such experience as it's very new, but you're expected to learn & build it with us together)

* Develop and own the marketing strategy across all GMA programs and channels including performance marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, PR, media and partnership etc to drive business growth.

* Develop the GMA story and brand and implement it across all aspects of the customer experience.

* Develop GMA’s products and host the training as one of the trainers on needed basis. We strive to provide top tier quality level of training content to help marketers & founders to improve their marketing ROI.


*制定及實行所有和GMA產品及渠道相關的成長策略,包括 建立用戶旅程、廣告投放、SEO & 內容營銷、B2B、行銷自動化、CRM、公關、開發合作夥伴等。





* With a “get things done” attitude & entrepreneurial mindset to move fast with limited resource & minimal guidance.

* Due to the scope and cross-functional nature of this role, we’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who has a passion for many aspects of marketing. Including:

* A strong understanding of performance marketing channels, web analytics & attribution.

* Capable of building a content marketing machine to drive inbound leads.

* A balanced approach to investing in Brand and Performance.

* 2 - 5 years of marketing/product growth/performance marketing experience, with team-leading experience.

* Enjoy working in a small & vibrant team. Could communicate with teammate remotely.

* Proficient in both English & Mandarin.
