What you'll be doing:
- Create the social community product roadmap with measurable success metrics.
- Day-to-day: be the voice of the customer, analyse product data for user insights, partner with our design and engineering and marketing and partnering teams.
- Collaborate to guide efforts between technical and non-technical teams (Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Design) to ship product enhancements that deliver seamless consumer experiences, revenue scale and product-line profitability
- Engage with the technical teams to help determine the best engineering solution and a reasonable implementation schedule
- Contribute to an early stage team in a fast-paced, startup environment focused on increasing engagement and generating revenue
