Responsibilities

● Design UX strategies to optimize user experiences, facilitate better communication and engagement with users for the company’s official website and optimize the whole user journey

● Conduct UX research and data analytics to help improve website/ campaign performance from a UX perspective

● Initiate/ collaborate with cross-functional teams such as website development, design team, SEO, content marketing, copywriting, and other relevant teams to improve the user experience of the website

● Keep updated about the latest UX trends, knowledge, and skills

Qualifications

● 3+ years experience in UX strategy design in terms of website (both desktop and mobile versions)

● Excellent web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, etc. as well as UX deliverables such as wireframes or similar illustrations to explain UX ideas

● Passionate for VR/ AR, metaverse, consumer electronics, and trending technologies

● Excellent strategic thinking, designing, planning, and execution

● Experiences in cross-functional collaboration such as web development, design, copywriting, etc.

● Experiences in initiating/ participating in global-scale web projects

● Be able to cope with uncertainty
