About the Team

HTC Creative Labs is a global team of designers, artists, engineers, and researchers that delivers design strategy and incubates new products and experiences for the HTC portfolio. This team is responsible for much of HTC’s most significant design work over the past decade. Our current focus is on creating next-generation XR software and hardware experiences for the HTC VIVE brand and VIVERSE ecosystem. Our process relies on the collaboration of exceptionally talented individuals to create products that offer functional benefits and emotional resonance to our target audiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Create proof-of-concept, interactive UI prototype for design testing.

• Collaborate and contribute across our user-centered design process.

• From discovery workshopping and conception ideation to prototype testing, you’ll work closely with UX/UI/3D designers.

• Bring a point of view into our practice, and put forward brave ideas.

• Be flexible and comfortable with fast-paced processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Unity as well as Figma.

• Proven experience of creating UI with Unity, showcasing in a design portfolio.

• Knowledge of fundamentals in interaction design, design patterns, and principles.

• Passion for ideation, collaboration, iteration and incorporate feedback into your designs.

• Able to effectively communicate problems, solutions, needs, or priorities.

• Good communication skills, self-motivated, an ability to work collaboratively, both in person and virtually.

Bonus skills:

• Familiar with Unity animation as plus.

• Comfortable with 3D packages like C4D, 3D Max or Maya.
