● 前期企劃：製作前期參與討論、提案開發、內容企劃與製作規劃。

● Prototyping：製作初期與商務、設計師、程式討論，開發產品初期Prototype

● 專案管理：根據專案內容需求規劃時程、人力、資源協調，監督並整合內部與外部團隊製作品質

● 風險控管：理解專案需求，和商務、導演、UI、美術、程式等密切溝通與合作，過程中主動發現問題並提出解決方案

● 溝通協調：追蹤製作狀況，建立與維護專案相關文件，與團隊人員密切溝通，同步訊息與凝聚共識

Job Description

● Project Management: Oversee the production process, from conceptualization to release, ensuring that all milestones are met and the project stays on schedule.

● Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a diverse team of developers, artists, and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

● Budget and Resource Management: Control and manage the project budgets. Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and maintain financial targets.

● Risk Assessment: Identify potential challenges and risks throughout the development process, implementing proactive solutions to keep the project on track.

● Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of excellence.

● Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.

【具備條件】

● 3-5年以上遊戲開發經驗，熟悉完整開發流程

● 溝通能力佳，能與團隊協調，合作解決問題。

● 具備遊戲/動畫/軟體相關企劃、前期開發、產品設計等經驗尤佳

● 想法靈活，邏輯清晰，能有條理的安排工作。若發現專案無法及時完成，能夠早期察覺並主動解決。

● 本身具備美感及程式概念，對影像、遊戲、音樂、ACG等具有熱情，喜愛學習新知

● 具跨國團隊合作或外包團隊管理經驗尤佳

【加分條件】

● 對於動畫、電影、遊戲作品喜愛與涉獵。

● 對開發VR作品有興趣，對Unity操作有所了解

● 任一外語能力（英 / 日 / 其他）具備者。

Requirement

● A solid track record of producing game projects or XR projects.

● Previous experience of people management and complete project development cycle

● Knowledge of game development and animation/visual storytelling project management

● outsource management experience

Nice to have

● Understanding of aesthetic sense and programming work process

● International collaboration experience

● Passionate about Animation, film and games

● Foreign language proficiency(English, Japanese or others)
