【Responsibilities】
• Understand and coordinate customer requirements and expectation.
• Translate requirements into user flows, user stories and create specifications.
• Determine specifications by breaking down product features into user stories that can be achieved in a single sprint.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and ensure each team member understand clear role and responsibilities.
• Define objectives, deliverables and schedule of each project, manage and track tasks throughout every stages of the software development life cycle.
• Organize presentations and product demonstrations for both internal and external customers.
• Identify pain points and market opportunity that lead to product features with SMART principle on delivering customer usability, and business value from company’s strategy
• Create and manage product roadmaps with strategy and long-term vision
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality into products.

【Qualification】
• 2+ years of software project/product management expertise is a Plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills is a Plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Great team work player to communicate and find the potential opportunity to improve current process for continuous improvement.
• Passion for software product planning and functionality/UX design, also familiar with wireframe tools, product backlog, and user story.
• Think critically, redefine and solve problems, challenge the status quo.
• Open-minded to manage the flexibility and challenges.
