Purpose / Mission:
Initiate and execute PR plan covering from print, digital (social media strategy), celebrity endorsement & KOL seeding, aligning with goals and objectives from Principle or regional office.
Accountability:
1. Plan and organize PR and communication activities plus PR event management.
2. Responsible for media (print/digital) , advertising, promotion and production execution, product loan.
3. Press release and promotional materials Write-up.
4. Provide media strategies in order to raise awareness of brand image.
5. Media pitching and develop good relations with media, celebrities, agencies, KOLs.
6. Communicate with media and KOL on regular basis.
7. Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, advertising and agencies on various PR initiatives.
8. Maintain the high quality of deliverable.
9. Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.
10. Responsible of monthly PR clipping report and proposal.
11. Coordinate with various parties, such as agency, vendors, production house, supplier, and internal partners to achieve PR objectives
12. Post event closing report: including KPI, ROI, media feedback, key learning for future improvement
