About the Role
You will be Forma’s first marketing operations and analytics subject matter expert. We are looking for a marketing operations champion with an excellent understanding of marketing technologies needed to support the business and marketing analytics and data strategies. We are looking for someone who can offer strategic partnership but also lend tactical support to the rest of marketing, enabling them with the insights necessary to drive effective go-to-market outcomes. This person will be closely collaborating with leaders in Revenue Operations, Field and Growth Marketing to execute a unified operational vision.
You Will
- Manage, maintain and continually evolve our lead scoring, MQL processes, lead to revenue process, and operational fundamentals
- Maintaining data integrity and data governance through operational programs and automated processes
- Creating, configuring, and maintaining programs and channels to support marketing efforts
- Management of database segmentation for marketing campaigns, personalization, and reporting
- Setting up, testing, and maintaining our third-party marketing integrations, including troubleshooting any sync or data errors
- Creating, updating, and optimizing marketing assets on the website and landing pages to support conversion optimization
- Reporting to leadership on performance and leveraging insights to inform future strategies
- Creating and updating documentation for all core Marketing Automation & Operations initiatives for internal enablement
