Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager

About the Role

You will be Forma’s first marketing operations and analytics subject matter expert. We are looking for a marketing operations champion with an excellent understanding of marketing technologies needed to support the business and marketing analytics and data strategies. We are looking for someone who can offer strategic partnership but also lend tactical support to the rest of marketing, enabling them with the insights necessary to drive effective go-to-market outcomes. This person will be closely collaborating with leaders in Revenue Operations, Field and Growth Marketing to execute a unified operational vision.

You Will
  • Manage, maintain and continually evolve our lead scoring, MQL processes, lead to revenue process, and operational fundamentals
  • Maintaining data integrity and data governance through operational programs and automated processes
  • Creating, configuring, and maintaining programs and channels to support marketing efforts
  • Management of database segmentation for marketing campaigns, personalization, and reporting
  • Setting up, testing, and maintaining our third-party marketing integrations, including troubleshooting any sync or data errors
  • Creating, updating, and optimizing marketing assets on the website and landing pages to support conversion optimization
  • Reporting to leadership on performance and leveraging insights to inform future strategies
  • Creating and updating documentation for all core Marketing Automation & Operations initiatives for internal enablement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing operations and analytics experience in B2B SaaS
  • 3+ years of HubSpot marketing hub experience, deep understanding and application of hubspot-specific functionality
  • Demonstrated success in owning, optimizing, and scaling the marketing technologies including Salesforce (admin level), 6sense, Drift, ZoomInfo, LeanData, RingLead, Google Analytics, and other technologies to advance the business.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales, the sales process, sales cycles and buying behavior, plus strong knowledge of markets, trends, industries etc.
  • Comprehensive experience setting up and/or managing marketing operations initiatives including; lead scoring, HubSpot integration, data Standardizations etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - along with strong interpersonal, organizational and stakeholder management skills and ability to understand and interpret data and present findings to general Marketing and Sales audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, including production schedules, stakeholder coordination, vendor oversights.
  • Proven ability to work independently, and operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact.
  • Startup or entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness to jump in and get your hands dirty
  • HTML, SQL experience preferred, but not required.
