Built specifically for outstanding graduates of all disciplines, the 24-month multi award winning training programme prepares you for success as a future leader with the longest established Singapore based bank.

Your learning journey begins with extensive classroom training in technical and interpersonal skills, before moving on to a branch attachment, job rotations, project assignments before choosing a home department which matches your interests with the Bank’s needs. You will not voyage alone on this journey. Be mentored and coached professionally by experienced experts who will help unleash your potential to succeed in this fast-paced and demanding career. We expect you to be constantly hungry to learn and develop a wide range of skills, have a passion for problem solving and the enthusiasm to tackle complex challenges.

Qualities that put you in a strong standing for the programme include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA of 3.0 or above, or second class upper in any discipline.
• Not more than 2 years’ working experience. 
• Good command of English (spoken and written). 
• Stellar extra-curricular achievements, with model leadership and a penchant for problem-solving and new challenges. 
• Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. 
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with a self-driven nature. 
• Malaysian citizen.
