We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to design Lilee system’s software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers and ensure its consistency
• Document and communicate designs to stakeholders and development teams effectively
• Establish and promote design guidelines and libraries, adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Requirements:
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Experienced in Web service UI design & familiar with digital product development process.
• Skilled in graphics tools like Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, AXURE... etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Front-end development skill is a plus (html/css/Javascript...)
• Experienced in business software design is a plus
