Marketing Manager(TW&HK)

【What will you be doing? 】

• Formulate marketing acquisition strategies in TW and HK, including marketing channels we should be using, marketing content we should create, and target audiences and markets we should focus on. 

• Managing and coaching the acquisition team in TW and HK. You will be managing 2~4 people located in TW and HK. You will set up the OKRs for the team and lead the team to hit the OKRs. You will need to level up your teammates' skills, motivate them to do their best job and create working processes to make them work efficiently and systematically.

• Run paid ads marketing. Paid ads marketing is one of our proven marketing methods to acquire new users. We expect you to be an expert in paid ads marketing. You will need to systematically create and test various ads creatives toward different audiences to find the most cost-efficient way to acquire new users in Asia markets. 

• Collaborate with the conversion team to improve conversion rates in different channels.

• Test new and existing courses in new markets to find new course/market fit.

【Who are we looking for? 】

• 3 years+ of solid experience in marketing acquisition and 1 year+ of experience in managing people. Extremely smart and competent candidates can be exempted from the requirements of years of working experience. 

• Great at data analysis and logical reasoning. This role requires excellent data analysis and logical reasoning to make good decisions on spending the budgets. 

• Empathic and caring. You will need to motivate your team. 

• Have a good understanding of branding and messaging. Able to systematically create high conversion or contagious ads creatives. 

• Embrace the “ make brave assumptions and validate them by simple experiments” mindset. This mindset is critical to unblock the unknowns and find new opportunities. 

• Excellent at communication. • Last but not least, you should have a passion for kids' education. We think passion is what drives people to greatness.

Our Traction

Over the last 9 months, we've grown over 600%, generating millions in revenue and have taught over 5 million lessons to over 150,000 young learners. This is just the beginning! Our first course focused on spoken English is 95% cheaper and 630% faster at teaching spoken English compared to an equivalent classroom experience.
