工作內容

1. 收集客戶需求，分析客戶企業與其商業流程。 
Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops. 

2. 協助客戶企業導入ERP系統Acumatica與培訓相關人員。
Assist clients with implementation and training of Cloud ERP Acumatica. 

3. 準備與導入系統相關的必要文件，如手冊、客户查詢數據、問題紀錄及期解決方案
Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution. 

4. 根據客戶需求提供售後支援。
Provide post-sales support as needed.
