Job Description
【Description of Duties】
• Support the overall business by providing clear visibility on business risk and
opportunity during each monthly business planning cycle
• Lead all monthly forecast meetings for own brands
• Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline
forecast
• Be the process controller and co-ordinate with multi-functional teams to develop
consensus forecast, incorporating sales & marketing promotion and new launch
activities
• Reconcile the difference between forecast and financial plan
• Manage supply planning parameters to meet KPI, including DOI, SLOB, purchase
target, etc.
• Processing orders, shipping documents, and invoices. Ensure timeliness and
accuracy.
• Prepare monthly reports
• Follow up on any shipment discrepancy (qty and price)
• Track supplier and inbound freight forwarder’s performance

Requirements
• Degree holder in business, statistics, supply-chain or other relevant disciplines
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in demand and supply planning
• Ability to lead communication between different functions with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind with business sense
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Prior experience with SAP and statistical forecasting tool be advantageous
• Experience in custom clearance process is an added advantage
