Information Security & Compliance activities

• Collaborate with legal, privacy and Global information security team to review client contracts and FAQ response timely
• Support on third party vendor security and compliance review, emergency response activities etc.
• Take ownership for the full lifecycle of security and compliance project including capturing the requirements, implement, development, testing, deployment, operation and handling the end of life for services.
• Coordinate and support information certification program

Technical activities:

• dentifying the improvement in solution to meet dynamic business requirement.
• Be responsible for BRD (Business Requirement Document) conducting as well as testing for system development;
• Overview the quality of system development
• Assist system configuration to both current businesses
• Define and develops business requirements and functional specifications for new and renewal clients

Project management:

• Adheres to project or documentation standards defined by project management
• Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages delivery timeline effectively
• Proactively keep the team aware of progress of assigned projects and tasks 

• Bachelor degree holder or above preferably in information system or relevant discipline
• 8+ years experience in information security, compliance, operation risk or vendor risk management
• Financial Service or Insurance industry preferred.
• Ability to manage security operations, security personnel and deliver high-quality, customer-oriented security programs.
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with excellent judgment.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
