職缺責任

• 對服務穩定性和用戶體驗負責，用技術手段提升並落地運維自動化，提高系統的穩定性指標。
• 負責業務運維工作、提高自動化運維水平、故障響應能力、優化資源使用率。
• 優化線上技術架構，從sre角度參與並推動研發、產品改進架構體系。
• 建立高效的sre體系，提升sre團隊的技能水平

職務需求

• 計算機相關專業，至少3年以上的應用運維實戰經驗。具備高可用、高性能/容量、高伸縮性系統架構設計能力。
• 精通linux文件系統、內核、linux性能調優、TCP/IP、HTTP等協議，有良好的網絡、數據存儲、計算機體系結構方面的知識 ，具備很強技術敏感度和故障排查經驗。
• 熟練掌握如nginx、lvs、redis、kafka、mysql等常見中間件的工作原理、部署及性能優化。
• 具有linux 下python、go、java至少其中之一的完整項目研發經驗。
• 具有sre體系建設及平台化工具建設的相關經驗。
• 熟練使用AWS、阿里雲端等服務。

Salary Range

Junior Engineer: 1,000,000-1,500,000/Y

Senior Engineer: 1,500,000-2,000,000/Y
