【Job Summary】:

Mlytics is seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing user-friendly web applications that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web application development and a passion for creating elegant and efficient user interfaces.


【Responsibilities】:
◉ Develop new user-facing features and maintain existing ones.
◉ Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
◉ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
◉ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
◉ Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with the backend.
◉ Write high-quality, testable code and perform code reviews.
◉ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
◉ Participate in agile development processes and attend daily stand-up meetings
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.


<Objective 1: Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs>
- Key Results:
1. Collaborate with designers and product owners to ensure that UI/UX designs are technically feasible and adhere to best practices.
2. Provide feedback on UI/UX designs to optimize for implementation efficiency, maintainability, and scalability Develop and maintain a UI/UX style guide to ensure consistency across the application.

<Objective 2: Write high-quality, testable code and perform code reviews>
- Key Results:
1. Write high-quality, testable code that adheres to best practices and is easy to maintain and scale.
2. Conduct at least one code review per week for team members and provide constructive feedback.
3. Achieve a minimum code quality score of 90% on all projects.

<Objective 3: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development>
- Key Results:
1. Attend at least one relevant conference or training session per quarter.
2. Share relevant insights and best practices with the team on a regular basis.
3. Experiment with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for potential adoption within the team

<Objective 4: Improve collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders>
Key Results:
1. Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide regular status updates to the team and stakeholders.
2. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.

【Requirements】:
◉ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
◉ 5+ years of experience developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser->compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
◉ Experience with modern frontend framework, including React and Vue.js.
◉ Strong communication skills in order to work with designers, back-end developers, and other members.
◉ Understanding of key website design principles and SEO optimization.
◉ Experience with version control systems such as Git.
◉ Advanced problem-solving skills.
◉ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
◉ Observant and able to remain focused on tasks for long periods of time.
◉ Experience working with Agile values & principles and Scrum development process.
