1.Lead and manage the creative team to ensure the creative direction and quality of all
projects meet company standards and client requirements.
2.Work with clients to understand their needs and goals and provide creative solutions
that align with brand strategy.
3.Oversee project progress and budget to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
4.Provide professional guidance and feedback to help team members realize their
maximum potential and continuously improve the team's creative level and professional
skills.
5.Participate in the company's market positioning and brand strategy formulation, and
propose innovative suggestions and solutions.

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in creative-related fields, such as design, art,
marketing, etc.
2.At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including management or leadership
positions in creative fields.
3.Good leadership and management skills, able to motivate and guide the team and
establish a positive working atmosphere.
4.Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, able to come up with unique and
impactful creative concepts.
5.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and cooperate
with people of different levels and backgrounds.
6.Proficient in using relevant design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite,
etc.
