Remote UI/UX & Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Designer to join our design practice and help accelerate our expertise in ecommerce design, email marketing design, graphic design, illustrations, and brand design.

We're also looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and think out of the box and be a part of the team that aims to drive the next generation of digital experience.

You will be working closely with the Project Team, to design layouts, UI and create compelling customer journeys and the best user experience in digital and webspace. You will also be working with the Marketing Team on promotion materials and campaign projects.

Your Responsibility

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for customer-facing products (Web)
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, developers and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end UX and UI experiences
• Build design guidelines and standards for the ecommerce store and products
• Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends, technologies and competitors
• Design promotion materials and campaign projects with the Marketing team

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in UX & UI design website/web application

• Understanding of user experience, information architecture, interaction design and visual design
• Familiarity with design principles, methodologies and tools, such as User Journey, Design Thinking, or Design System
• Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, AI, XD, etc)
• Well-organized, multi-tasking, attention to detail and follow-through execution
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be a BIG advantage
• Knowledge of motion graphics and short video production will be an advantage (for social and presentations).
• Bonus points if you have a good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese & English (written and spoken)
